NonPlayableClown (nprofile…p9vq) yeah fo4 is certainly not my favorite (I'm on an irl new Vegas trip after all haha) but it is fun in some ways. I like how goofy and easy making interesting builds is in fo4 for example. Also being able to play it flawlessly mobile just makes it for fun
As for outer worlds idk. The first one did not impress me we'll see how a sequel does
