So... when it comes to #coffee, do you want a "clean" cup? Or, are you like our blog contributor Natia, who grew up on press pot coffee (her Dad's fave method) and liked getting some texture and yes, grit in the cup?

Natia wrote this article last fall for CoffeeGeek. It's one of my faves, because it approaches a subject in coffee land few think about or actually engage.
