How cool. My daughter texted me a picture of her sitting at an outdoor cafe with a cat lounging on her lap. She doesn't have a cat, but she's in Kotor, Montenegro, a town with 100s of cats wandering the streets. The cats are taken care of by the town's citizens and are free to go wherever they like. My daughter called it Cat Heaven.
