I wonder how normal it is to have sexual experiences in an age gap relationship or if it’s really not common at all. I wonder how much of it usually is considered traumatic to the minors involved. I was thinking back on my own experiences and honestly I barely register some of it, so it’s got me curious. Research on that would be interesting, but something tells me it might not be accurate. Sometimes you don’t think anything is traumatic until years later when you’re finally unpacking it all and realize you can source your problems back to something you thought didn’t bother you at all. So there’s a lot of messiness in there, I think.
