I love chips and dip.. but not as much as chicken wings. What love doing is combination cooking and Buffalo chicken dip is my go to for quick eats and snacks .
1. Use two pounds of leftover chicken breast. (or even turkey this time of year.) Shredded fine in your processor.
2 . Add 3/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce
3 combine 1 pound of softened cream cheese to it
4. 1 cup of ranch dressing
5. Blue cheese crumbs 1 cup
6. Worcester or A1 2 tsp.
Mix . Place in a baking dish
Top w/ Cheddar
