Not one of our most well-known Bitcoiner leaders/heros, but Gregg says some really good things not usually heard in our community. I really appreciate him integrating all aspects of human life, especially the "spiritual" (definition of this word is arbitrary and constantly redefined in society), in his discourse.
• "Blockchain technology mimics the way information is stored and transmitted in the human body."
• "DNA contains a complete record of all genetic transactions" that have ever occurred, which is why we can trace our bloodlines or genetic heritage — immutable
From what I know from Gregg's work and what he represents, he is not referring to the scams that we're all familiar with when he uses the word DeFi in this video. He uses it to refer to uncensorable financial transactions between individuals, and reminds us to be careful of those that abuse it, like FTX.
