On this day in 2018 I retired from Debian, after 22 years as a Debian developer. I continue to happily use Debian on all my computers. I'm not willing to re-join the project, but I wish the project the best in the future. It may have many imperfections that need fixing, see links, but overall it's a force for good in the world.
