I had the same problem when I first found it. until I felt safe tuning out knowing it's just gonna be there. Though it's also great for finding series too. there's some great stuff I've never even heard before. and some batshit crazy stuff too. he does tend to air some more risque stuff after midnight in his time zone. but not straight up hentai.
