Your example is exactly what I was thinking. I could see many scenerios arising. Whether it be for a particular type of (dis)trust attestation or because the reported npub and the reporting npub both have some sort of previous reputation that would skew the value of a report.
I think it would create a comfort level for a reporter and reduce bias of anyone who utilizes the information. In extreme situations, it could provide a level of security.
I haven't really thought through how it might be abused, aside from the obvious stuff. I'm sure there's important things to consider there, and whether those tradeoffs would be worth any benefit.
And I have no idea what's computationally feasible, at a realistic level, in order to be broadly adopted. Thanks for considering it, though.
