The chinese govt refuses to allow the source code of the algorithm to be divulged. Thus China refuses to divest in the company and sell. We are NEVER GETTING THIS SOURCE CODE. they are adamant. and so the company is being pressured, rather clearly to the supreme court to not sell stake in the company. its EXTREMELY sketchy.

the supreme court is saying over and over. "you have options. you do not have to shut down. you must adjust the business model slightly" and the defense keeps crying over and over that they don't like it. that's all that's happening in all reality.
