I'd forgotten how much I hate Network Solutions. I want to transfer a domain out of there for business reasons. They do everything to make it tricky. For instance, the verification email has lots of scary warnings (you might be being phished!) and no link to confirm you want to proceed. Instead, you have to click their “click here to cancel" link, and from there select that you want to proceed.
They're the COBOL of the Internet, but less useful.z
