Have you tried loading the seed you wrote down in some other wallets?

I may have had something similar happen (sort of) where I had BTC on a Trezor, but could only see the balance through Trezor Suite. Loading it in Sparrow Wallet would show an empty wallet.
The issue was I somehow created a 2nd account on my Trezor, and Sparrow wasn't picking it up.
