There is a sole-proprietor vendor person I deal with by phone or email about five times a year. Our exchanges are typically sensitive and important.

During one such exchange just now via unsecured email, I had the #infosec #CyberSecurity thought "It would suck if that wasn't really her."

And then I realized: her unique written "tone" of briskly competent but very friendly professionalism could not easily be impersonated.

Strive for that kind of written voice. It is a precious business asset.
