I am in the United States. If you want to dip your toes just use Bitrefill and use gift cards to load apps with the provided gist card codes. I use Uber eats, Chevron app, and Airbnb gift cards the most. If you have an established credit line and an exchange that has banking routing and account information (like strike or cashapp), you can pay off the credit that way.
I would also suggest finding vendors on Nostr. There are plenty of people you can pay peer to peer with here.
