When Bitcoin goes up and down in Fiat value, it gives us a glimpse into what people think of it. It's just a speculatory asset. They wanna make more Fiat out of this. The banks enabling the ETFs is to encourage this behavior. The banks don't care about their stake in crypto. They buy with the money people will eventually pay the banks in commissions.
