(For what it's worth, people have sideloaded old Fortnite IPAs in 2023 without getting banned (https://github.com/Crunnie/FNiOS-Archive/blob/main/guide.md). I don't know if Epic would still be so lenient now that they have an actual way to install Fortnite on iOS again...)
