Why are we making this sort of zero-sum-game calculation for the #Deutschlandticket ?
It has *massively boosted* the numbers of people taking public transport in Germany - that is GOOD
If we build a new road, do we calculate if it pays for itself in terms of direct income from it? NO. So we should not for this ticket either
