What is a good app on iPhone and Android for making TikTok-style videos without needing an internet connection?
Context: with our youth group, we are splitting them into small crews to make fun videos like the kind you see on TikTok. They won’t have internet and they won’t be sharing these online. We will supply them with the audio tracks to choose from.
We want an easy process:
1. Have an adult leader download an app to their phone ahead of time
2. Give them a folder of mp3 audio files to pick from
3. They film without an internet connection
4. We play the videos on a projector for all to laugh and enjoy
