#loa Day 3: we started with another freezing walk with my #dogstr, Chicken, the end of this cold snap can’t come soon enough. Then we got back to another warm latte followed by plenty of stretching and yoga. With all the sim #golf I’m not trying to go to hard on the workouts and am focusing on staying limber for golf.
Then it was time to prep the whip for the coming roadtrip with a tire rotation.
I followed that up with another session at the sim this evening, and dinner at Aberdeen tap, my favorite local watering hole.
Day 3 was a success and I’m looking forward to day 4.
