TIL: In 1750 BCE a guy named Nanni sent a clay tablet written in Akkadian cuneiform to the ancient city-state of Ur after being sold sub-standard copper by a guy named Ea-nāṣir, who apparently in addition to providing poor customer service also mistreatment of his servant. It's recognised as the "Oldest Customer Complaint" by Guinness World Records.
