#GoPro Hero 12 Black will be released in September this year. The main improvement is battery life. With a 1720 mAh battery, the camera can record 5.3K video at 60 fps for up to 70 minutes, which is 9 minutes longer than before. In 5.3K mode at 30 fps, recording can last over 90 minutes (previously it was a maximum of 80 minutes). In Full HD mode at 30 fps – more than 150 minutes (previously a maximum of 137 minutes).
Apparently, third-party batteries will have to be bought again to work in the cold😒
