Evidently the latest Crowdstrike fix coming out of Kroger and Starbucks is:

Shut down the affected PC. Leave it off for a minimum of 10 minutes. Then power it back on like normal.

Seriously.

It doesn't work for everyone but we're actually having some luck with it at my day job.
