It took six weeks after the election, but we got a new govt in New Zealand.

It's somewhat conservative three party coalition compared to the old Labour govt.

So they have started a few things this week:
Changing the names of govt departments, from Maori language to English.
Removing trans education from schools.
Restarting oil and gas exploration.
Restoring tax deductibility on mortgage payments for rental housing.
Cutting rebates for electric vehicle sales.
