Hey, Nostr. I got depression. How do you all deal? The only way out I can see is by getting rich and the only way I know how to do that is by trucking and selling my inventions. Which may be years of isolation and suffering.
Can anyone suggest an audio book that can teach me gratitude and/or acceptance? Maybe share some wisdom?
