Crikey. Working to set up moving my mom's Xfinity stuff to her Assisted Living apartment next week, and ended up spending over an hour in customer "chat" (because there are no live CS bodies to talk with by phone) with nothing accomplished except a promise to move part of it today and tomorrow I could reach out to a different group and it absolutely would not go pear-shaped from there and I said no and severed chat.
I'ma gonna have to go live to the freaking Xfinity store, I'm afraid.
