Ok everyone. I have a cable that has a bunch of wires. Some of those wires are Ethernet - it’s copper, so I’m guessing 100Mbps or 1000Mbps. I’d like to make a little cable adapter that also dumps out copies of all the Ethernet packets. Who has good ideas?
If there’s enough interest, we can do this live and open source the whole thing. Why not. Along the way I hope to finally learn some Ethernet stuff I’ve always put off.
