Saylor is playing fiat games but appears to be winning Bitcoin prizes. When bitcoin price drops over a longish period of time, there will be losers…but it appears he structured it so that micro strategy won’t be the looser. They just won’t be able to borrow dollars again until bitcoin price rises again.
