I can’t really do the argument full justice, but everything always is vibrating just at different frequencies. It’s a super esoteric health idea that essentially boils down to the higher the frequency of the human the higher the vitality. So things that are vibrating outside and lower than the normal human frequency range are believed to bring the vitality lower (wearing black, wearing synthetic materials, compromised immune system can bring down the frequency) and this is measured using some digital tool in a study they ran in the early 90’s.
