here in Slovakia, you have to do at least the final year of kindergarten and then 9 years in primary, so you can technically be out of school by the time you're 15. I can't imagine going to high school and still being dragged down by gypsies that don't get anything (a common reality of primary schools in some regions, from what I've heard)
