While I assume the answer is yes, I just do not want to run into some caveat that I am not thinking of. I was checking out some of your videos and this was not a suggested option for balancing channels. I assume it would be similar to the idea of spending it to get inbound liquidity, but again, just looking for some wisdom to affirm my assumptions.
