I have a very basic HTML/CSS website that I wrote myself by hand, however I want to embed an #RSS feed onto it that I post to somewhere for news/update/announcement-like posts.

Question is: What should I use for this? I don't really know much about options out there. A workflow similar to posting on a "news forum" that automatically generates an RSS feed I can embed would be ideal.
