it sucks when your immune system attacks your pancreatic beta cells and slaughters them and then you need to buy and inject hormones produced by those dead pancreatic beta cells forever and the injected stuff doesnt work as well and for whatever reason we cant just clone replacement cells and instead of solving that with ai were just making search engines worse and less efficient instead
