Ive completely confused my Garmin watch. My training status has been "strained" for weeks.

I went through a heavy training cycle in the fall, then travelled and got all jet lagged, and reduced the training back down.

The algo has never been the same since.

I feel great though, so Garmin is just gonna have to deal with it.
