Had a couple of interesting conversations earlier today about the impact of freeways and parking on how we think about our built environment, and the choices we make as a society designing it, and as individuals using it.

This inspired me to pick up an idea from a while ago: if we could see—and edit!—a map where those things were taken away, what would we come up with?

Today I completed the first piece of the puzzle: a map that shows a world without freeways. Next: let people edit it (harder).
