I’ve seen so many cases in my industry where trade secrets and patents get plowed over in legal by whoever is first to market, whether they own the patent or not. These protections are weak and knowledge finds a way no matter what. But at least all the effort and headaches and stress means that legal admin ghouls get paid 🤙
