Hm. #gitAnnex just deleted some of my freshly added files. I don't know how it happened, but I suspect it was a really bad combination of shaky internet, the assistant running and manually executing and aborting git annex assist all over the place. This has never happened before and maybe it's my own fault. The files were not added to the annex (no hits in git annex unused) and seem to be completely gone. 😔
