First sighting of comet C/2023 A3 (Tsuchinshan-ATLAS) on the evening side tonight, seen through layers of haze/smoke very low in the west. Accounting for extinction, the nucleus was at least magnitude +1, maybe closer to 0. The bit of tail in this image wasn't evident visually.
