That other way you can park up to 3h on Mo-Sa 08:00-20:00 (welcome to OSM open hours spec :), but same days 20:00-02:00 there is no hour restriction. And you can't park there on 02:00-05:00. I wonder what happens on 05:00-08:00.
I don't understand what the Sunday only applies to.
