I also agree that it is impossible for him to be completely insulated from the abundant information out there that suggests that, at a minimum, certain batches of the jabs were utterly devastating.
I do not think that Trump’s ego is the limiting factor here. I think he is experienced enough and successful enough to call a spade a spade, admit a mistake (no matter how painful) and cauterise what seems to be a continuously bleeding wound.
