Completed my first 48-hour #fast yesterday. Falling asleep the second night was rough; lots of aches. Ended up taking an #aspirin to help me fall asleep, but woke up without the aches. The last 4 or so hours were rough too; but not because of hunger, because of the fatigue. It was harder to concentrate and stay motivated on a task.

I’m still glad I did it and I felt amazing after my first meal. It might take some time to warm up to the idea of another 48-hour fast, but I assume it will get easier. I’ve been knocking out 24-hour fasts pretty regularly and have come to appreciate them.
