Hmmmmm I have woken up with what feels like a gouty big toe 😐
(I haven't had gout before but two family members have, so I've read a bit, and guess what becomes a bit more common in women once estrogen drops?? Gout 😐)
(No advice please, but personal experiences always welcomed as a general rule)
