I believe it was just because of its consistent rotation and it being the most observable object in retrospect to being seen more prevalent. I do believe that they speak of Pluto having a lot of "moons" in orbit around it as well! Although I don't think they are round like the others we see around the larger planets in our system! It is probably because of the Gravity pull isn't extreme enough to "flex" the makeup of the moons, so therefore they don't shrink and expand and get shaped like we are used to. Also, they don't seem to hold into other large objects to incorporate them into their mass to grow into worthwhile orbital objects. I am doubting that "space" as it is explained to us is even true... research this topic if curiosity is ready for a rabbit hole of OMG: "firmament", "waters above earth", "Beyond the ice wall", & "aliens and fallen angels"! That's enough to start the tumble into second guessing the propaganda indoctrination of our lives!
