Well, you can also try contacting SHIFT themselves with the question, by filling out the "Anfrageformular" ("inquiry form", for questions about them or general questions about their products) here:

Presuming you don't know German(?) and since they don't seem to have an English language version of the form, I'd suggest the that for first drop-down field you should probably choose "Fragen zum SHIFTphone 8" (Questions about [...]) and then the fields are in order of top left to bottom "first name", "surname", "e-mail address", "subject" and then the large field is for the actual question.
I filled out that form in English previously and got an answer in English, so it should work for you too.
