Dentist sends me a text about an outstanding balance. I click the link in the text and it takes me to a page where I need to click to receive a text with a code which after I receive and enter the code takes me to a page that shows me how much I owe. I can then click a link and choose how to pay
Just send me a bill in the mail, or better yet, charge me when I'm at the office getting treatment.
