so I'm going to be 'that guy' but: Have you tried it on Linux?
1) dmesg output has always been invaluable to me to actually find hardware problems, because unlike Windows it'll actually communicate useful information rather than generic things you can't even hope to google
2) AMD drivers are actually a lot better on linux than windows, to the point that some games run 30%+ faster (cyberpunk for example) than on windows.
But I'm primarily recommending it to get better debug information
