After 12/26 I really let my fears get the best of me. Triggered by H1B, and then doom scrolling, etc. I can understand why some people fear DJT and why others do not. I am humbled by it all and realize how easy it is to get in a mental trap. I was inattentive to my prayer and contemplation. I have a lot to look forward to in 2025. Time to refocus on finding, maintaining inner peace and perspective by controlling where I place my attention.
