Johnny Martyr tries to make the case for moving up to the 5-reel tanks. I have no interest in doing that. My largest tanks hold 3 rolls. To amass 5 rolls of the same B&W film shot at the same ISO I’d likely have to wait more than a month. As far as C41, I’d need a much deeper pan for the sous vide water bath. Finally, I simply don’t have room in my darkroom for 1 gal jugs. What about you, what size developing tank do you regularly use?
