Well...running about on time today with getting out of bed around 6 and trying to get moving with the first cup of coffee...need to get on the bike in 15 minutes or so to be able to see the F1 race that starts at 9...it got down into the 50's last night and the high today will be in the 60's with the temp crashing down into the 40's tonight..in fricking July? Weird...it was a fun stage in the TDF yesterday with Bardet hanging on to win it by 5 seconds...okay, need to go...good morning!
