Watching Scanners and wondering if either computers were just really easy to use back in the day or if everyone was a sysadmin back then, because I swear I’ve seen a disproportionate number of 80s and 90s movies where people just walk into a room and start typing the correct commands into a terminal they’ve never fucking seen before.
