The church in my Moms village is reducing the number of services due to non/minimal attendance. It's not like they can go bankrupt is it? But it's a huge building (been there since 10-something) right in the center of the community. I thought it could be transformed into a hyper-local hub for activism of all sorts, given the crumbling disintegration of all things remote and centralised.",
